Most US orders with standard shipping arrive within 5-9 working days once shipped.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. In peak periods or on weekends, please allow up to 72 hours for dispatch.

Priority Insured Shipping covers the customer in case the product is lost, damaged or stolen during shipment. Please notify us via email at info@trybamboo.store and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
